I'm sure police chiefs around the world are watching #GeorgeFloyd protests closely, making a list of items they want. Use of force in more democratic riots are norm-setting events for less democratic enforcement agencies and sets the standards of what is 'acceptable'.

'Acceptable' implies what enforcement agencies can get away with when they stray out of legal bounds and the 'punishment normal' for their behaviour as understood by other countries.
