2017.10.09; Dolphin Unveils Skitch and Evernote Add-Ons for Easy Image Editing and Web Clipping

Android: The Dolphin browser for Android is already our pick for the best web browser for Android, but today it got much more useful. Dolphin users can now download Skitch and Evernote add-ons for their browser that make it easy to jump between the Dolphin browser and the Skitch and Evernote apps for Android. Whether you want to annotate images or screenshots quickly, or save snippets of text like recipes or blog posts to your Evernote account, these two new Dolphin add-ons make it simple.

The Best Web Browser for Android
There’s no shortage of great web browsers for Android, and which one you use is largely up to…
The add-ons don't add any intrinsic functionality to Dolphin, which is actually a good thing—the browser isn't bogged down by any additional services or tools that have to load when the browser does. Instead, the new add-ons serve as a bridge between Dolphin and Skitch or Evernote, depending on the app you need.

If you want to add notes to an image or annotate a screenshot in your Skitch account, you can select the image, web page, map, or any other item you want to work with in Skitch, open the right sidebar, and tap the Skitch logo. Whatever you've selected will open in the Skitch app (or, if you don't have it installed, you'll be prompted to download it.) If you find text you want clipped and saved in your Evernote account, just repeat the process and tap the Evernote logo instead. As long as you're logged in, the text is immediately saved to your Evernote account.

Both add-ons are available to download now in the Dolphin Browser add-on store, or from the Android Market directly. The Skitch add-on is available here, and the Evernote add-on is available here.
